PLEASE NOTE: shipping charges are not refundable. In order to return a product, You must call in to recieve your "Return Authorization Number" Returns and ExchangesIf you are not satisfied with merchandise you have purchased from Hitch Installer, you may request a return within 30 days of receipt of your order. Hitch Installer promises to expedite your exchange, repair or refund to satisfy you quickly.

The following returns procedure must be followed to receive a refund:
Contact Customer Service (941) 358-1117 for a return request and Return Authorization number.  (Mon-Fri 8-5 EST)
Proof of purchase, original or copy, must accompany all returned merchandise.All merchandise should be packed securely in the manufacturer's original carton if possible.
Returns received after 30 days from authorization may be refused or subject to a minimum 20% Re-Stocking charge.
Refused Shipments and Items returned without a Return Authorization will be subject to a minimum 10% Re-Stocking charge, plus the current rate UPS refusal fee of $10.00 for all shipments.
Damaged / Used product will be subject to a minimum 20% Re-Stocking charge.
Merchandise may be returned to Hitch Installer in person or shipped to us prepaid and insured at: Hitch InstallerCustomer Returns 8381 North Tamiami Trail Sarasota, Florida 34243

NOTE: Merchandise covered by manufacturers' warranty must be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.
Shipping:We try to ship out all orders in 24-48 hours.  At times this may not be possible.  We will always give you an honest estimate of when your items will ship. 
Damage:All shipments are carefully packed and shipped.  Please NOTIFY CARRIER OF ANY DAMAGE to packaging.   
Returns:We strive for your satisfaction.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase please call us.  We will do whatever we can to make it right!  All retuns must be cleared with us before you return the products.  Any merchandise that is used or is not in the condition in which it left us can not be returned.  All items must be returned within 30 days.  A full refund (minus shipping costs) will be issued for all returns that are in new condition.
